OUR PEOPLE
Toni Rizk
Chief Executive Officer
With twenty years of experience, Toni is one of the key players in Lebanon's hospitality industry.

His portfolio goes back to 2001, with the launch of Monot street, Ashrafieh, iconic 37 Degrees which was operational for more than a decade, one of the few bars in Lebanon with such a record. TRI Concept was established around that time to manage and operate Toni's growing portfolio of brands.

Thanks to his deep understanding of the market, Toni is a leader in new hospitality destinations and was among the early operators in such historic locations as Hamra Street, with Cristobal Colon and Uruguay Street, with the famed Gatsby which took customers back in time to the Golden days of the roaring 1920s. Toni was also a pioneer in Mar Mkhayel with The Bohemian and in Broumana with Trumpet. Toni's latest project Almodovar has garnered regional and international acclaim and is fully booked every night of the week.

Toni's ambitions don't stop here and he has his eyes set on regional expansion.
Johnny Hajjar
Chief Operation Officer
Johnny Hajjar has more than a decade's experience in F&B operations, leading the openings of several key venues in TRI's portfolio including Almodovar and Trumpet. He is instrumental in team training and development and is an expert in bar management.
Hovig Yaacoub
Associate Manager
Hovig Yacoub is known for his 'people skills' and excels in developing and maintaining successful customer relations. He handles with ease any day to day challenges that may arise and is cool and calm under pressure, meticulously taking care of the daily closings, staff concerns and floor management without batting an eye.
Charbel Hajjar
Group Food & Beverage Manager
TRI Concept's senior Group F&B Manager Charbel Hajjar has more than 20 years of experience in the Lebanese hospitality industry, launching and managing F&B businesses that have defined Lebanon's nightlife industry. He is customer-oriented with a high level of attention to detail.

He can be counted on in designing professional menus, managing budgets, maintaining positive customer relationships, hiring, training, and managing F&B staff.
